‘Andromeda’ is 67 ft in length overall, 22ft in beam (width) and has a draft of 11ft below the waterline. Surveyed weight was 64 tons - after removal of all fishing gear/winches etc etc.
She was built in France in 1975 and is constructed of Oak planking on heavy Oak frames with a steel wheelhouse and a large aluminium shelter deck that now makes up the main accommodation area.
She has a very good ‘Cummins 430hp’ diesel engine- starts on the button & runs sweetly.
The accommodation at present is as follows:
*There is a large open plan area that encompasses the lower wheelhouse and has room for a large ‘L’ shaped saloon/lounge (approx 20ft long ) on the port side (Left) with 3 large aluminium portholes, an equal sized ‘L’ shaped space that we were originally going to use as the Galley/kitchen on the starboard side (right), a good sized separate dining area. The Galley is temporarily on the port side.
There is a huge hatch (5ft x 5ft) in the ceiling that we open in fine weather and it really does open up the space even more & lets the sun shine in - fantastic! There are two Portholes set into the hatch which let a lot of light in when the hatch is closed.
*The master cabin/bedroom is 90% finished with a beamed and stained ceiling and T&G cladding to the walls, Built in wardrobes and cupboards plus a large opening porthole. There is mainly some painting and wardrobe doors & floorcovering required to finish off in here.
*The second cabin is currently a blank canvas awaiting conversion but has a large opening porthole and a ceiling hatch.
*A good sized room that will make a Bathroom with room for a decent sized shower cubicle.
*A large room in the fore peak/bow that would make a third cabin with room for an en-suite.
Below this in the lower bow is a small room that would be ideal for storage.
*The hold is a huge 30ft x 22 ft (approx) with 8ft of headroom. Currently used for storage,this could be converted in to another two large cabins or three medium sized ones - or it would make a great on-board Cinema/Gym/Games room/Workshop….
*Moving aft: There is the original captain’s cabin which is a small but useful space - large enough for a single bunk.
*The original Galley/kitchen which is currently being converted to a utility room/possible Galley and has cupboards, a nearly new Creda Calorgas full size cooker with double oven / matching cooker hood and a washer/dryer. Recently had a new PVC window.
*A hallway / cloakroom area - recently lined out and had a new PVC window.
*The original toilet/shower room which is currently being converted to a small toilet/washroom - has a full width white gloss cabinet with 10 blue LED lights in the plinth,a very nice ceramic sink with hot and cold running water via an under-sink electric water heater. There is currently a porta potty type loo.
*The engine room is very spacious with tons of room all round the engine and at least 7ft of headroom - it does need a damned good clean up and re-paint to make it look good and there are some redundant hydraulic pipes and electrics to get rid of but it's a great space to work in.
*The wheelhouse is a good size with windows all round and is a real sun trap.
It has recently had a brand new Mahogany door fitted.
*Below the rear deck is the original crews quarters that had 8 bunks but has been stripped and is ready to be fitted out - could be used as a store room or more cabin space…..would be ideal to house the compressors for a Dive Boat! The steering gear is also located here.
*The rear deck is a good size and is ideal for chilling out or BBQ’s!

Description:
Currently the yacht ”Bojaros” is laying in Southern France on the Mediterranean.
The yacht was custom designed and professionally built by shipyard Gdansk in Poland. It was first launched in 2002 and since then has been sailed by the owner and his family with occasional guests on board.
The vessel was designed for extended luxury cruising, and has proven it self to be a very capable and safe blue water yacht by circumnavigating Europe and completing numerous extended voyages. It is equipped with 7 cabins and 6 bathrooms and can accommodate 15 crew over night, with the owner’s king size cabin in the aft.
The hull is of steel construction with the over all length of 22.54m. beam 6.44m. and draft of 2.40m (which is relatively shallow to allow the yacht to be taken for exploration of shallow tropical waters).
The interior is finished in beautiful mahogany and leather, with solid teak decks above.
Masts and rigging is all 316 stainless steel with Raytheon navigational equipment fitted.
Also on board you can find all creature comforts, which make passage making a pleasure - a dish washer, washing machine, Air-conditioning (heating and cooling), ice machine, full kitchen fit-out, hot showers (above and below deck), electric toilets, water maker and more.
The boat is powered by 330 squared meters of sails as well as an economical Iveco V8 360Hp diesel engine and is also equipped with 30kVA diesel generator. Fresh water storage capacity is plentiful as there is 4000L tank on board. Also fuel tanks capable of holding 7500L of diesel fuel are fitted, as well as 2000L holding tanks.

Very smart looking yacht after having a complete interior and exterior refurbishment. All brand new items in the refurbishment include:- 13.5 hp Beta inboard diesel engine (no running hours), Jabsco toilet, sinks, 2 burner hob and grill, upholstery, CD player, Clipper duet, Clipper navtex, marine band radio, dual electrics with up rated alternator charging system.
Exterior items all new and unused include rigging, fully battened mainsail, Roller Genoa and reefing gear, all supplied by Kemp Sails.
Keel has been removed, blasted, and new keel bolts fitted. The yacht has been stripped and re-painted using ME-epoxy anti-osmosis protectice coating along with Copper coat anti-fouling system.
Tielle has been totally stripped and re-fitted to an extremely high standard with all new equipment, woodwork and upholstery. Special attention has been given to utilizing all the available space for stowage of equipment and utensils etc.
Anchor, chains, boarding ladder, fenders and lifebuoys. Complete with pots, pans and cutlery.
Tielle is currently available undercover for inspection in West Yorkshire.
